Counseling

  • Consults are virtual, they last 15 minutes and are free. They function as a way to get introduced and confirm that your needs and my services are aligned and within my scope of practice as a new practioner. We’ll discuss your reasons for seeking counseling and your therapy goals.

  • Individual sessions are 50 or 80 minutes and currently conducted virtually or in person. For session pricing, see FAQ below.

  • Couples sessions are 80 minutes, and are offered virtually or in person. For session pricing, see FAQ below.

  • Payment is accepted via credit/debit card through Simple Practice’s secure platform at the end of each session.

  • No, Square Peg does not accept insurance at this time.

  • Yes, Square Peg offers reduced rate sessions for students or those in need of sliding-scale rates. This rate is $60/50 min session.
