I am so glad you’re here!

I am a neurodivergent therapist specializing in supporting adults with ADHD and autism, especially late-diagnosed or high-masking women. With lived experience in mental healthcare, I am passionate about using and teaching a neurodivergent model of health.

My client-centered approach empowers individuals to embrace their strengths, overcome shame, and live in alignment with their values. I help clients with relational difficulties, insecure attachment, perfectionism, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, burnout, emotional regulation, trauma, and codependence.

I am currently under the Supervision of Miller Folk (License #1381) as I work towards full licensure.
